營養酵母是一種帶有宜人起司風味的素食營養補充品。富含維生素 B-12，每份提供 6 公克的蛋白質。可加入醬料、炒蛋、羽衣甘藍脆片、餅乾和脆餅中，或撒在蔬菜、烤馬鈴薯或爆米花上享用。
