Cold Pressed Stone Ground Tahini 500g

The texture is so much looser and pourable than the thick stuff I used to buy — you can really tell it's stone-ground and cold-pressed, not just a label. Drizzled it over roasted cauliflower and the sesame flavor actually comes through instead of tasting bitter.

I've been using this tahini for a few weeks now, and the stone-grinding really keeps the texture smooth and the flavor rich. The cold-pressed process ensures the natural oils stay fresh, so it doesn't separate as much as other brands I've tried.

The cold-pressing really preserves the sesame aroma—it smells noticeably fresher than cheaper jars. I used it for hummus and the texture is smooth without being too runny. Only wish the jar had a wider opening for easier scooping.
