Olivia F. ★★★★★

I usually forget to use supplements, but these brown flaxseeds are so easy to mix into yogurt or oatmeal that I actually remember them daily. The little seeds have a nice nutty crunch, and knowing they pack omega-3s and fiber makes my morning bowl feel more purposeful.

Joshua ★★★★★

I’ve been adding these flaxseeds to my morning smoothies for extra fiber and protein, and they blend in smoothly without any bitter aftertaste. The resealable bag keeps them fresh for weeks, which is a nice bonus.

Mia ★★★★★

I've been stirring a spoonful of these into my morning yogurt and the nutty crunch is way better than the pre-ground stuff I used to buy. The seeds are bigger than sesame and grind up fine in my little coffee grinder when I want them in smoothies.
