Organic Refined Coconut Oil (458ml)

I was a bit skeptical about using coconut oil for frying, but the 425°F smoke point handles sautéing vegetables perfectly without any burnt taste. It's also great that it doesn't have that overpowering coconut flavor, so my stir-fry actually tastes like the ingredients, not the oil.

Switching from butter in my pie crust was seamless—this coconut oil has the same neutral taste but feels lighter. It handled a 425°F roast without any smoking or burning. My pastry came out flakier than usual.
